Dr. Dylan Dinesh

A board-certified Family Medicine physician and St. Petersburg native, Dr. Dinesh returned home to serve the community where he grew up. He earned his medical degree with high honors from Ross University and completed his Family Medicine residency at Indiana University, where he served as Chief Resident.

Since 2021, he has led Affiliated Health Clinics as President and Medical Director — providing primary care, medical weight loss, and IV therapy, while also serving as an Attending Physician at BayCare’s St. Anthony’s and Bayfront Medical Center.

Dr. Kathryn Syed

Dr. Kathryn Syed is a board-certified Family Medicine physician providing comprehensive primary care in St Petersburg, Florida. With over 12 years of experience, she is dedicated to helping patients of all ages achieve optimal health through personalized, compassionate, and preventive medical care.

Serving the Tampa Bay community since 2014, Dr. Syed offers a full range of primary care services, including annual physicals, chronic disease management, women’s health, men’s health, geriatric care, and preventive medicine. She takes a patient-centered approach, focusing on long-term relationships and tailored treatment plans that support each individual’s unique health goals.

Dr. Syed is a Spanish-speaking primary care physician in St. Petersburg, FL — fluent in both English and Spanish, she provides bilingual medical care to Hispanic patients and Spanish-speaking families across St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and the greater Tampa Bay region. Originally from Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania, Dr. Syed earned her medical degree from Iberoamerican University in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, and completed her Family Medicine residency at Piedmont Columbus Regional in Columbus, Georgia.

Lee Ann Rydosz, APRN

Lee Ann Rydosz is a highly experienced and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner committed to delivering personalized, patient-centered care across all ages. With a strong foundation in family medicine, she specializes in preventive health, chronic disease management, and acute care, focusing on the whole person—mind and body.

Lee Ann holds a Master of Science in Nursing and is board-certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She is licensed to practice in both Florida and Georgia. Known for her empathetic bedside manner and strong communication skills, Lee Ann builds lasting relationships with patients and their families, tailoring care plans to meet each individual’s unique needs.

Dedicated to continuous learning, she actively engages in professional development to stay current with the latest advancements in healthcare. Outside of her clinical role, Lee Ann enjoys volunteering in her community, spending quality time with family and friends, and staying active with hobbies like pickleball.

Dr. Jason Patel

Jason E. Patel, MD is a board-certified psychiatrist and psychotherapist whose passion is treating mental health conditions of all types. His areas of focus include geriatric psychiatry, community mental health as well as consultation-liaison psychiatry for those that are medically admitted at healthcare facilities.

Dr. Patel is a local of Pinellas county, graduating from Palm Harbor University High School. He was admitted to the University of South Florida’s prestigious Honors program in medicine, where he completed his bachelors of science degree as well as his medical degree at USF’s Morsani College of Medicine in Tampa, FL. He completed his residency at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI where he also received a fellowship in psychodynamic psychotherapy and participated in the Healthcare Administration Scholars Program. When he’s not caring for patients, Dr. Patel enjoys spending time with his family outdoors.
