Here is what usually happens during a yearly physical at our office.
Health and Medication Review
We go over your past conditions, surgeries, family history and every medication or supplement you take. Anything that is no longer needed or could interact gets flagged.
Physical Exam
Your provider checks your blood pressure, heart, lungs, weight and other key areas. This is where small changes often show up first.
In-House Labs
Routine blood work can be drawn during your visit, so you do not need a second stop. Results go straight into your chart.
Screenings and Vaccines
We update the screenings that fit your age and history, such as Pap smears or an EKG, and bring your vaccines up to date.
Your Plan for the Year
You leave with clear next steps, whether that is a lifestyle change, a follow-up test or a referral.
