Originally from Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania, Dr. Syed earned her medical degree from Iberoamerican University in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, and completed her Family Medicine residency at Piedmont Columbus Regional in Columbus, Georgia.

Madeline Caffrey is a board-certified Physician Assistant dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care that helps patients achieve lasting health and wellness. She earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from South University in Richmond, Virginia, after completing her undergraduate degree in Biology at Towson University in Maryland. Madeline is licensed to practice in both Florida and Virginia. With five years of experience in primary care and urgent care, Madeline has developed a strong passion for preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and helping patients take an active role in their overall health. She believes that effective healthcare begins with listening, understanding each patient’s individual needs, and developing treatment plans that are both practical and personalized.
Madeline is committed to creating a welcoming and supportive environment where patients feel heard, respected, and confident in their care. Her goal is not only to address immediate health concerns, but also to partner with patients in building healthier habits and achieving their long-term wellness goals.

Dr. Jason Patel, MD

Jason E. Patel, MD is a board-certified psychiatrist and psychotherapist whose passion is treating mental health conditions of all types. His areas of focus include geriatric psychiatry, community mental health as well as consultation-liaison psychiatry for those that are medically admitted at healthcare facilities.
Dr. Patel is a local of Pinellas County, graduating from Palm Harbor University High School. He was admitted to the University of South Florida’s prestigious Honors program in medicine, where he completed his bachelors of science degree as well as his medical degree at USF’s Morsani College of Medicine in Tampa, FL. He completed his residency at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI where he also received a fellowship in psychodynamic psychotherapy and participated in the Healthcare Administration Scholars Program. When he’s not caring for patients, Dr. Patel enjoys spending time with his family outdoors.
