Dylan Dinesh, M.D.
Dr. Dinesh is a board-certified Family Medicine Physician with expertise in both primary care and hospital medicine. A native of St. Petersburg, he graduated from St. Petersburg High School. During his high school years, Dr. Dinesh volunteered as a Child Life volunteer at All Children’s Hospital, nurturing his passion for medicine.
After completing his medical school training, Dr. Dinesh returned to his hometown to serve the community that significantly influenced his career. In 2021, he assumed the positions of President and Medical Director of Affiliated Health Clinics.
Dr. Dinesh attended Nova Southeastern University for his undergraduate studies and subsequently pursued medical school at Ross University, graduating with high honors in 2018. He completed his Family Medicine training at Indiana University in Indianapolis, where he served as Chief Resident. During his residency training, Dr. Dinesh played a pivotal role in implementing a Physician Health and Wellness curriculum and a peer mentorship program that was subsequently adopted by future trainees within the residency program.
Dr. Dinesh currently provides primary care, weight loss, and IV therapy services at our clinic. Additionally, he serves as an Attending Physician at BayCare’s St. Anthony’s Hospital and Bayfront Medical Center, providing acute care to hospitalized patients. Furthermore, Dr. Dinesh offers post-acute care at several local Skilled Nursing Facilities, ALFs, and ILFs.
After completing his medical school training, Dr. Dinesh returned to his hometown to serve the community that significantly influenced his career. In 2021, he assumed the positions of President and Medical Director of Affiliated Health Clinics.

Dr. Spencer Threw is a dedicated and locally trained physician proud to serve the Greater St. Petersburg community. A graduate of the University of Illinois, Dr. Threw earned his medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton, Florida. He completed his residency in Family Medicine before pursuing an additional year of specialized training in Sports Medicine.
Dr. Threw completed his Sports Medicine fellowship with the renowned physician team at the University of Louisville, where he cared for more than 650 NCAA Division I athletes across multiple sports. A former collegiate baseball player himself, he is passionate about helping athletes—and non-athletes alike—recover, heal, and stay active.
As a Sports Medicine specialist, Dr. Threw provides expert care for a wide range of musculoskeletal issues including joint pain, sprains, strains, arthritis, and overuse injuries. He is highly skilled in musculoskeletal ultrasound and performs a variety of ultrasound-guided therapeutic injections, including corticosteroid and Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) treatments. His goal is always to help patients return to the activities they love as safely and quickly as possible.
Dr. Threw has served as team physician for multiple sports organizations, including the Louisville Bats—the Triple-A affiliate of the Cincinnati Reds. His additional clinical interests include exercise science, nutrition, and men's health and wellness.

I am a dedicated and compassionate Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with 6 years of clinical experience in Adult/Geriatric medicine. I hold a Master of Science in Nursing from Maryville University in St Louis Mo and am board-certified by AANP
Throughout my career, I have focused on delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care, building strong therapeutic relationships, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize health outcomes. My background includes diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions, prescribing medications, and promoting preventive health practices.
I am committed to lifelong learning and continually advancing my clinical skills to provide the highest level of care. My goal is to make a meaningful impact on patient health and well-being through compassionate, skilled, and ethical practice.
I reside with my husband and children in the St Petersburg area; my interests include going to the beach, reading and gym activities including boxing and long distance running.
Jason Patel, M.D.
Jason E. Patel, MD is a board-certified psychiatrist and psychotherapist whose passion is treating mental health conditions of all types. His areas of focus include geriatric psychiatry, community mental health as well as consultation-liaison psychiatry for those that are medically admitted at healthcare facilities. Dr. Patel is a local of Pinellas county, graduating from Palm Harbor University High School. He was admitted to the University of South Florida’s prestigious Honors program in medicine, where he completed his bachelors of science degree as well as his medical degree at USF’s Morsani College of Medicine in Tampa, FL. He completed his residency at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI where he also received a fellowship in psychodynamic psychotherapy and participated in the Healthcare Administration Scholars Program. When he’s not caring for patients, Dr. Patel enjoys spending time with his family outdoors.
